FUTURE PLANS
We intend to create a trust fund for the organization so that we can avail Tools of Work:

1. Computer
2. Exchange of knowledge-E-business, IT , commercialization, entrepreneurship (Interns)
3. Internet accessibility
4. Telecommunication
5. Contribution to rent

Money to our students after they have properly grasped the tools we teach at Vision Force Uganda. This will be raised from membership fees and the Mastermind team. It is proper to help certain individuals whom we see with a potential of putting their ideas into practice.

As we advance and grow further, we intend to follow up and assess members’ projects and give assistance where necessary.

CHALLENGES
We are still facing a challenge of self-mobilization among members, which we hope to solve as we continue our lectures, seminars and discussions.

Most of the programs are incomplete due to inadequate finances. Shortage of funds paralyze some of the projects, and for that matter, are unable to advance.

Ignorance among the fellow youth and their rigidity to change has been giving us a very difficult task as we penetrate the grassroots. We need more inspirational and motivational books that can give us a clue about great entrepreneurs’ achievements and how they achieved it from scratch, great leaders and how they got there, great investors and how they acquired their wealth, great writers and what inspired them, etc.
